  • How to properly handle, feed, and store your live bacteria, fermented foods, and drinks
  • How to identify and troubleshoot any issues during the fermentation process
  • Roll up your sleeves to make your own and sample several seasonal fermented foods
  • Step-by-step process of brewing your own raw kombucha from creating the perfect SCOBY to maintaining and storing it properly
  • Dive into flavors and carbonation for a fizzy beverage your family will enjoy through a second ferment
  • Taste test homemade raw and flavored kombucha brew
  • Take home your very own fermented food and raw kombucha brew to start making your own at home and leveling up your family’s immune systems
  • Take home simple seasonal fermented recipes and all the handouts!
