If the words “botulism” or “explosion” enter your mind and have kept you from stepping into the kitchen for preserving through canning, or if you think home canning takes too long or is too expensive, then this workshop is for you. Ideal for those new to home canning or just needing a refresher.

You sowed the seed. You grew the garden. You harvested the food. But, now what?!  Growing a garden is not enough in today’s world. Knowing what you are consuming is critical to maintaining good health. Ultra processed (chemical laden grocery store food) equals inflammation, poor gut health and potential cancer. However, there are no chemicals in home canned food.
