During this hands-on workshop you will learn:

• Tips on the components of raw milk and how to use them. (Whole, Heavy cream, Half and half, skimmed)
• How to make and store fresh butter and uses for the leftover buttermilk
• How to make yogurt – both stove top and instant pot methods and what to do with whey
• How to make a simple farmers cheese and ricotta cheese
• What is a culture and how to use it for yogurt, sour cream, and other products
• Make and sample several foods made from raw milk including dream cheese — if you haven’t tried it, you’re up for a delectable dream!
• Take home your very own dairy products and multiple delicious dairy product recipes!
